EBMC started out in 1968 still under its first company name Barcelon-Burger Management Corporation, collaboration between Eugene Burger and Theodore Barcelon, basically offering the same professional services it offers at present. The business partners eventually segregated in the year 1979, with Eugene Burger preserving the initial corporate charter and started Eugene Burger Management Corporation (EBMC), ushering in a new trend of growth for the organization.
